Reservation

Contact us to reserve the necessary materials for your event. Our team will be happy to help you choose the best solutions for your needs. To complete the reservation, we'll ask you to provide some essential details, such as the delivery location, date, time, and quantity of materials needed.

Delivery

The material will be delivered to your destination on the agreed-upon date and time. Our staff will unload the material on the ground. The material is delivered clean and in designated containers. Alternatively, you can come and collect the rented material yourself from our warehouses in Milan and Genoa.

Withdraw

After the event, the customer must repack the material in the boxes as they were delivered and place it in an easily accessible area for collection. The material will be collected dirty. If self-transporting, the material must be returned to the designated warehouse (Milan or Genoa, depending on the collection warehouse) in the appropriate containers and in a dirty condition.

Check and control of returned material

Upon arrival at our warehouse, the material will be recounted and inspected. Any missing or damaged items will be promptly notified to the customer. The customer is responsible for any loss, breakage, or theft of the rental goods. Should one or more of the above circumstances occur, full payment for the goods will be required, and an appropriate invoice will be issued.
